We recommend that you do not wear your lenses while swimming as they can act like a sponge and soak up the bacteria in the swimming pool. You can put them back on after you are done swimming. 

Should I put in my lenses before or after I put on my makeup? 

You should put your lenses in before you put on your makeup and remove them before you take off your makeup. This will prevent your lenses from getting any makeup on them or getting the bacteria that has accumulated on your skin during the day onto your lenses.
